Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to read my blog. For a little while now, I've been following some healthy living blogs and it's inspired me to start my own. One of my favorite things about these blogs is the creativity and orginality that each blogger has when it comes to health. Changing your exercise routine frequently and getting a variety of nutrients in your diet, are two very important aspects of a healthy lifestyle. And the health blogger community really helps to keep things fresh!
But theres more to it than working out and eating well. Its about finding balance and finding what works best for you. Balance is something that I've always struggled with. I'm the type of person that likes to give what I'm doing 100% and likes to do a lot of things. That would mean that I'd have to give everything 100%! Most of the time, that's just not possible. So finding the right fit for each aspect and doing so in a way that makes me happy is the best way to live a healthy, balanced life.
On paper it sounds easy (right?!) but in practice is can be hard. So balance will be the main focus of my blog. I will strive to do as much as I can but I'm not going to sacrifice my health, and therefore happiness, to do it all. By posting frequently, I'll be held accountable to that balance and hopefully will find the fit that works for me. And it'll be a constant reminder that when I do something, I should do it just for the health of it!
